Blaze Pizza is opening next year in Celina.

The chain restaurant allows patrons to order customized pizzas, and offers gluten-free and keto-friendly crust options as well as vegan cheese.

Franchisee Daniyal Ranmal said the site is still under construction and they will not have access to complete the restaurant until December and a physical address has yet to be determined. Blaze Pizza is part of The Crossing at Moore Farms, a 77-acre mixed-use development anchored by Costco Wholesale.
