Brunch Factory, a new concept from Celina Star Cafe owner Toni Mehmedi, is coming to Celina next summer.

Mehmedi said he is partnering with his uncle, Sali Limani, who owns Leo’s Brunch House in Little Elm.

“We’re taking both concepts and creating an upscale breakfast place,” Mehmedi said.

The restaurant will offer several specialty menu items, including a burger served on a doughnut bun. In addition, Brunch Factory will have a full bar. The restaurant will be a part of the The Crossing at Moore Farm mixed-use development on Preston Road that is under development.
