Silo Crossing
Project: Silo Crossing is a proposed mixed-use development that is set to include single family homes, as well as space for commercial, office and retail. About 311 single family homes are proposed in the development, along with 8 acres of space for commercial uses.
Update: Celina’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a development agreement for the project in April and it will go to the council for consideration in May.

Project: Mesa Verde is set to include about 130 single-family homes. According to city documents, the development could also include more than 8 acres of open space and a 2.7 acre amenity center.

Project: Millen Farms is a proposed community of 58 single family homes.

Project: Yardly Frontier is a new community in Celina that is expected to cost $60 million and include some 246 units. There will be a combination of one-to-three-bedroom single-story cottage homes, as well as two-story homes with garages.
Update: The development is currently under construction.

Project: Yardly Sutton Fields is a new Celina community that is expected to cost $55 million to build and include 150 homes. It will feature single-family detached two-story homes with two-to-four- bedrooms.

- Size: 3.8 acres
Project: Ramble Celina is a mixed-use community being developed in the city. It is set to add 4,000 new homes to Celina.
Update: The project is still under construction but model homes are expected to be available beginning in April 2026, said a spokesperson for Hillwood, the developer behind the project.

Project: Mirabella is a 285-home neighborhood that will be built in Prosper.
Update: Highland Homes and Tellus Group, the builder and developer group behind Mirabella, announced the creation of the neighborhood in an April news release. Builders are expected to break ground on the neighborhood in the summer.

- Timeline: completion expected in 2026
- Size: 190 acres
Project: The Prosper Arts District is a mixed-use development set to include retail and office space, as well as multifamily units and hotels.
Update: Developers are still waiting to break ground on the project.
