A new pediatric dental office is now open in Prosper.

Little Penguin Pediatric Dentistry is co-owned by wife and husband Dr. Julia Peng and Dr. Holvin Louie. It offers several services, including preventative dentistry, restorative dentistry, lip and tongue tie treatment, and emergency dentistry.
