Legacy Hall announced May 24 that its venue The Box Garden now allows guests to dine outside with their pets on the patio. Visitors have nearly 20 eateries and five bars to choose from at Legacy Hall, which is located at 7800 Windrose Ave., Plano, in the Legacy West development.
