JAH Realty announced Dec. 15 that it had purchased the Preston Parkway Center, a 62,394-square-foot shopping center located at the northwest corner of Preston Road and West Plano Parkway in Plano from Toronto-based firm Great Gulf. The center’s tenants include Red Hot & Blue, Dogtopia, Honey Baked Ham, Kumon Math and more.

“Preston Parkway Center is located on one of the most dynamic retail corridors in the country,” JAH Realty representative Graham Irvine said in a statement. “JAH Realty has continued interest in expanding its footprint in Collin County, and we are excited to have completed this transaction as a long-term investment.”

A news release announcing the sale said JAH Realty plans to renovate the shopping center and rebrand it later this year.

“Our design team is currently working on architectural renderings with a focus on marketing a 12,180-square-foot outparcel building to medical and service users,” JAH Realty representative William Rosatti said in a statement. “We anticipate completion of this work by mid-year 2022.”
