Fat Shack plans to open this week at 6205 Coit Road, Ste. 364, Plano. An exact date and time has not been set. It will be the fifth Fat Shack in Texas and third in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Fat Shack started in Fort Collins, Colorado, but has since expanded to nearly 30 locations nationwide.
