Construction delays have caused the previously planned summer opening for Cathedral Italian Bistro to be pushed back to this fall at 8103 Rasor Blvd., Ste. 110, Plano. The restaurant will serve authentic Italian cuisine with a Texas flair with menu items ranging from freshly made pizzas and handmade pastas to wagyu steaks. The space will be fully renovated to include a new bar, a seating area and a demonstration kitchen. A phone number and a website are not yet available.
