Pop Donuts opened in early March at 6205 Coit Road, Ste. 348, Plano. The business sells a variety of doughnuts and cronuts, which are a croissant-doughnut hybrid that can feature fillings such as berry, bacon, Nutella and more. Pop Donuts also offers sausage rolls, doughnut holes, cronut holes and coffee. 469-298-2285. A website is not yet available but will launch soon, according to the owner.
Olivia Lueckemeyer graduated in 2013 from Loyola University New Orleans with a degree in journalism. She joined Community Impact Newspaper in October 2016 as reporter for the Southwest Austin edition before her promotion to editor in March 2017.
