Progresso Jiu Jitsu expects to open around Sept. 14 at 3000 Custer Road, Ste. 220, Plano. The gym’s owner and lead instructor, Alexander Hilligsoe Trans, is a former jiujitsu fighter who has competed and earned top titles in national and world championships. The gym will offer skill-level based classes for adults and children as young as age 4. Discounts will be offered to the first 50 members who sign up.
