Zaap Kitchen opened a new location in the Willow Bend Market in Plano earlier this year.

The restaurant serves a variety of Lao and Thai dishes, including curry, noodles, salads and stir-fry.

The fast-casual chain has six restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including one in Lake Highlands. Zaap Kitchen is also planning a new location in Las Colinas.
