Urban Egg is slated to open soon in Plano, a company representative said.

The Colorado-based concept will serve breakfast, brunch and lunch featuring an all-scratch menu.

The new restaurant marks the brand’s 12th location and second in Texas, a company news release states. An Urban Egg is open in Fort Worth.

“Plano is the perfect home for our second location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area,” Urban Egg CEO Mark Augarten said in the release. “We’re building something bigger than breakfast or lunch; we are creating gathering places where fresh, locally sourced food meets genuine hospitality.
