Angie’s Lobster is set to open on Nov. 13 in Plano.

The menu will feature $9.99 Maine lobster rolls and $4.99 large fresh cut salads with grilled-to-order antibiotic-free chicken, a company news release states. Other menu items include fried shrimp rolls, spicy honey fried cod sandwiches, lobster cake meals and more, the website states.

“Founders of Angie’s, Tony and Roushan Christofellis, and the Angie’s team are on a mission to make luxury foods affordable to everyone,” the release states. “With a combined 20 locations throughout Arizona and in Las Vegas, they are excited to bring Angie’s to Plano.”

The setup

The release details the company’s business model of controlling the supply chain, including ownership of the following facilities:
  • Wharf on Bailey Island, Maine
  • 63,000-square-foot processing facility in Richmond, Maine
  • Distribution center with beverage and sauce processing facility in Phoenix, Arizona
  • Antibiotic-free chicken processing facility in Chandler, Arizona Trucking fleet.
“This efficiency-driven model allows the company to keep menu prices low while investing in high wages and the best and healthiest ingredients,” co-founder Tony Christofellis said in the release. “Our culture is about reducing non-mission critical costs to invest in what matters most: our food and our people.”
