A new gourmet cookie store is expected to open in Plano later this year.

Chip Cookies will bring its base menu including sugar, chocolate chip and cookies and cream, according to its website. There will also be a rotating weekly cookie along with a cookie bar where patrons can customize one of the base menu items.
