The store in the Shops at Willow Bend, just outside of the Dillard’s, will sell wedding and prom dresses. The 40,000-square-foot space will also feature an event center, and will be the largest wedding salon in Texas, according to Kang.
Kang and his wife, Ann, owned a bridal store in Missouri for 25 years before moving to Texas three years ago. The couple decided to open a new store in Plano because Ann Kang still has a “huge passion” for the business.
Chally will host a grand opening event on Aug. 11, with dress designer Randy Fenoli in attendance.
