Sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s is set to open March 24 at 6720 Alma Road in McKinney’s Hub 121. Jersey Mike’s offers fresh-sliced and fresh-grilled subs on freshly baked bread along with vegetables, such as onions, lettuce and tomatoes, and what is called The Juice—a combination of red wine vinegar and olive oil. In addition to subs, the franchise offers wraps, salads and cheesesteaks. For the immediate future, the Jersey Mike’s dining room will be open at a reduced capacity with socially distanced tables inside based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Franchise owners A.F. and Jill Rodgers expect to hold a formal grand opening celebration and fundraiser once daily operations return to normal, according to a news release from the company. Customers can place takeout orders in store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. Additionally, delivery is available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners. Curbside pickup is available for orders placed on the Jersey Mike’s app. 972-363-0030. www.jerseymikes.com
