Voters in McKinney can cast their ballot for a number of local, state and federal elections during the Nov. 5 election.

What you need to know

Collin County residents can cast their votes at any of the over 115 voting locations countywide, including 19 locations in McKinney, according to the county’s election website. For a full list of voting locations, as well as updates on wait times at each location, visit www.collincountytx.gov/elections/polling-locations.

Polling locations are open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Election Day, according to the county’s website.

On the ballot


Ballots will feature several federal and state races, as well as county races, which include Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector and Collin County Constable, Precinct 3.

McKinney residents will also consider four propositions that, if passed, would amend the city’s charter to increase city council term limits and compensation, as well as enact administrative amendments to the charter.
