A new Feng Cha location is coming to the north side of West University Drive in McKinney.

Feng Cha shops sell a variety of tea and coffee drinks including boba milk tea and iced cold brew coffee, according to its website. Feng Cha also sells several milk foam cakes topped with different ingredients.

Feng Cha was founded in 2017 when its first location opened in Richardson. The brand has since grown to include more than 80 shops operating across the U.S., according to its website.

The shop is slated to open in a 1,400-square foot space, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
