Shipley Do-Nuts is slated to open in 2025, a company representative said.

The franchise, which was founded in 1936 in Houston, sells a variety of donuts including glazed, iced, filled and cake. The main menu also features gourmet pastries including beignets, cinnamon rolls, fritters and more. The coffeehouse menu features smoothies, coffee and frappes.

This will be the third McKinney location. Shipley Do-Nuts also has locations on Collin McKinney Parkway and Virginia Parkway.
