The Quay is scheduled to open late January in McKinney’s Adriatica Village.

Restauranteur Sai Charan said the restaurant will be an eclectic fine dining establishment featuring global fusion delicacies such as Australian and Japanese A5 hot stone Wagyu, crab croquettes, Seabass Odyssey and Thai fusion dishes.

“Focusing on gastronomical dishes, cocktails and a unique experience with a flamboyant ambience and panoramic waterfront,” Eharan said in an email.

This spot was most recently home to Waterfront Grill, which closed Dec. 2023.
