Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe will open its first Texas location in McKinney, according to franchise owner Jesse Murphy.

The restaurant, to be located at the northwest corner of US 380 and Hardin Boulevard, is expected to open November 2023, Murphy said. The restaurant will serve “health-conscious menu options” including sandwiches, soups, salads, pizza and more, according to its website.

Murphy also plans to open an additional Texas location in late 2023 in Prosper at the southwest corner of Frontier Road and Preston Road. The restaurant currently has 27 locations in six states, according to its website.
