Utah-based drink shop Swig is bringing its customizable drink options to McKinney. The second Swig location in Texas will open at 5225 W. University Drive, McKinney, on Sept. 23, according to a news release. The drive-thru soda shop specializes in carbonated drinks with a “dirty twist,” including flavor mix-ins, creams, purees and fresh fruits. Swig also offers boba teas, sweet teas, energy drinks, refreshers, hot chocolate and snacks, like cookies and pretzel bites. Swig opened its first Texas location in Fairview earlier this year. The company currently has 43 locations in five states, and has plans to expand to 55 locations in six states by the end of 2022, according to a new release. 945-234-2123.
