The Offices at McKinney Crossing plans for 17 buildings upon buildout, according to Cloudloft’s website. The developer has filed plans for four buildings so far, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Cloudloft Development President Alex Lestock said officials hope to start construction on the first buildings in late 2024 or early 2025.
The development will be built out over the course of three years and will consist of professional and medical offices, Lestock said. When it’s finished, the development will feature 70,000 square feet of office space.
“Cloudloft has developed some really successful office parks in McKinney in years past, and we are excited to be back,” Lestock said in an email. “This location on [North] Central Expressway is a perfect place for high-end professional and medical offices.”
Previous developments in McKinney include the Southern Hills Office Parks on Collin McKinney Parkway, according to Cloudloft’s website.
