The independent-living building, called the Lake House, is now open, and the memory care and assisted-living building, called the Terrace, is set to open in January, a representative of the project said.

The second phase of the development will include additional independent- and assisted-living homes as well as lake homes, villa homes, and a health and fitness center. The total number of homes in the community will be more than 400, according to previous reporting from Community Impact.
