Fields of Fidelis is now offering a variety of lavender-infused products at a storefront in East McKinney.
The business, owned by Army veterans AJ and Lenda Fidelman, offers products such as candles, bath bombs, essential oil and more. The business’s lavender is grown locally on the Fidelmans' farm in Anna.

The McKinney shop is located in a renovated grain silo on the Tupps Brewery property as part of the brewery’s Build-Your-Own-Business program.

The setup
The couple planted their first lavender crop of 500 plants in 2017. Although Lenda Fidelman grew up on a farm and had experience with agriculture, she sought out local expertise to aid in growing lavender in North Texas soil. She graduated from the Collin County Master Gardener program in 2022, and she said her experience there was “tremendously helpful” for the business.
Prior to establishing their storefront, Fields of Fidelis sold their products online through Etsy as well as at local farmers markets, including the McKinney Farmers Market.
“In the beginning, we thought we would be a bouquet and essential oil company, that's all we're going to sell ... but going to the farmers markets, we started realizing people really loved soaps and hand creams and candles,” Lenda Fidelman said.
