Uptown Cheapskate is set to open in early 2026 in McKinney’s 380 Marketplace, Precision Investments Managing Partner Dan Avnery said in an email.

380 Marketplace, formerly known as Sunrise Center, was originally built in 1985. The center was purchased by Precision Investments in mid-December 2024, and is undergoing a renovation and rebranding project. The center is located across University Drive from the Raytheon campus between North Central Expressway and Hardin Boulevard.
