Technology company Cytracom is set to relocate its headquarters to McKinney.

The company will move into the eight-story office tower at District 121, a Kaizen Development Partners project built in 2022. Cytracom will occupy about 30,000 square feet of office space in the building, including the entire top floor and some of the seventh floor, according to a news release.

The company, currently located in Allen, offers secure cloud-based communication and networking solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as managed service providers, the release stated.

"We believe that McKinney and the [SH] 121 corridor offer the perfect location for our next phase of growth,” Cytracom founder and CEO Zane Conkle said in the release. “The vibrant commercial district, a growing tech sector, and increasing access to top talent make this area an ideal location."

The relocation will also support a goal of the McKinney Economic Development Corporation, whose officials aim to cultivate a hub of technology companies in the McKinney area.

“McKinney is laser-focused on attracting employers in innovative industries who build high-wage, high-skill level teams and jobs,” MEDC President and CEO Michael Kowski said in the release. "The entire team [at] Cytracom embodies the spirit of excellence and forward-thinking that we so greatly value.”

Commercial real estate firm NAI Robert Lynn represented Cytracom in securing the lease for the new office space, the release stated.
