A second EoS Fitness location is planned for McKinney, company representatives confirmed.

The McKinney gym will span about 40,000-square-feet and cost nearly $6.4 million, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The gym will offer a selection of cardio and strength workout equipment as well as free weights, according to its website. Other signature amenities offered at EoS Fitness locations include:
  • Personal training services
  • Group fitness classes
  • A sauna
  • An indoor swimming pool
  • A hot tub
  • A steam room
  • A kids club area
EoS Fitness has over 200 locations open or planned in six states, according to its website. The first EoS Fitness location in McKinney is planned to open in 2025 in the Plaza at Fort Buckner development.
