HarborChase of McKinney has rebranded following a change in ownership.

The newly rebranded Village on the Park McKinney changed ownership in March 2024, and is now operated by Aspenwood, a firm specializing in senior living hospitality. Aspenwood manages 20 communities throughout the U.S., including locations in Texas, Nashville, and North Carolina. Their services cater to independent living, assisted living, and memory care needs.

Village on the Park McKinney, under its new ownership, will continue to offer memory care and assisted living services. These services are offered in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of residents.
