Developer OHT Partners plans to bring 403 multifamily units to Lake Highlands.
Called Lenox Lake Highlands, the apartment complex located at 9371 Whistle Stop Place opened the first of its six planned buildings in September, a representative for the property said.
The representative said the entire 16.7-acre development is expected to be completed by October or November. However, they added that the timeline could be delayed due to “issues” the project is having with Oncor Electric Utility Company.
Lenox Lake Highlands broke ground in July 2021. Units range from studios to three-bedroom options, according to Lenox’s website. Prices are between $1,510-$3,310. The community lists amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a “food truck zone” and a business center with coworking spaces.
