The Art Institute of Dallas, part of an eight-school system of for-profit art colleges, is permanently closing as the school system shuts down.

Students are encouraged to complete their education at other schools, and campuses are working with partners to facilitate student transfers, according to a statement on the college’s website. The institutes will mail all students, including those on approved leaves of absences, five copies of their transcripts.

A reason for the shutdown was not provided.
