The American restaurant will be closed during July, according to a notice on the company’s website. The company plans to reopen in its new space in August, but an opening date has not been announced.
Petra and the Beast is a “hyperseasonal” restaurant focusing on fermentation and sustainability. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own beer and wine.
