According to documents, the apartment complex will be a four-story development that will be gated with a single entry from Outlet Boulevard. The background
The apartments will be constructed on 6.74 acres, which is currently a vacant lot. Part of the rezoning was from a heavy industrial zone to a planned development zone.
As part of the rezoning, three waivers were approved:
- Maximum units per acre
- Minimum front yard setback
- Required open space of 35%
