Several new business and dining options are coming to Keller as part of three new commercial buildings—totaling over 34,000 square feet combined—near the intersection of Keller Parkway and Keller-Smithfield Road, according to the city of Keller.

The projects include the relocation of Chapps Burgers from Town Square to this site as well as its headquarters. Locals can also expect to see a Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods; Qdoba Mexican Eats; Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Pure Barre.

All businesses are aiming to open in early 2022, and additional vacant space is still available.
