Dizzy Lucy’s, a new restaurant by father and daughter pair Gloria and Tony Segovia, is expected to open this fall at 101 S. Oak St., Ste. 100, Roanoke. The Segovias also own Roanoke's Baja Cantina and were the owners of Lucy's Lot in Grapevine before it closed in March. The new restaurant will have a bar atmosphere with a menu featuring burgers and sandwiches. www.facebook.com/dizzylucys
