District officials are offering Keller ISD parents, guardians, employees and residents an opportunity to serve by joining a district-level committee.

In a nutshell

A district news release states there are 12 district-level committees on which interested individuals are able to serve. Some committees topics include:
  • Budget and finance
  • Citizens bond advisory
  • District educational improvement
  • Long-range facility planning
According to the news release, applicants will:
  • Submit basic personal information
  • Share why they are interested in serving
  • Select their top three preferred committees
During the board of trustees’ regular meeting on July 25, board President Charles Randklev said that applications will be received through Aug. 4.

Applications will be reviewed and selected individuals will be invited to participate in one of the district committees ahead of the 2024-25 school year, the news release states.
