A local Vietnamese restaurant has reopened its doors in Keller with new Thai and Lao dishes.

What happened?

Ms. Saigon Pho and Grill is operating under new ownership after the previous owner retired. Co-owner Tony Thepvongsa said he found a listing for the business on Facebook and realized the post was from a friend’s daughter.

“We ended up making a deal and [my friend] ended up selling it. He was going to retire, so it was good timing,” Thepvongsa said.

Some of Ms. Saigon’s dishes include:
  • Pho noodles
  • Banh Mi
  • Curries
  • Thai fried rice
  • Pad thai
  • Drunken noodles
Ms. Saigon is the sister restaurant to Pho Vieng in Haltom City. Thepvongsa said the Keller location will continue to sell many of its best sellers from previous ownership.

“Initially, this restaurant was just strictly Vietnamese cuisine, but I incorporated my Thai-Lao dishes from my other restaurant that I own in Haltom City,” Thepvongsa said.
