An all-day breakfast restaurant is expanding to Keller in August.

The details

Grutogi Bistro offers an all-day breakfast menu in a that also includes lunch fare. The restaurant’s menu ranges from bagels and sandwiches to salads and bowls and has specialty lattes and herbal teas.

Other menu items include:
  • Waffles
  • Paninis
  • Wraps
  • Yogurt pudding
Grutogi Bistro also offers a bento box option for their catering services.

The backstory


Its first location in Flower Mound opened in 2024, according to previous Community Impact reporting.

Yong Seo, the co-owner of the restaurant, said the word “grutogi” translates to “stump” in Korean. She said the concept for her restaurant was inspired by The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein.

“(We) wanted to create a space where people can relax,” Seo said.

Grutogi Bistro is taking over the space previously held by Two Brother’s Winery, which closed in November 2024, according to previous Community Impact reporting.
