The company's website states the restaurant offers traditional plate lunches, featuring a choice of meats—grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken or shrimp tempura—paired with macaroni salad and steamed rice.
The Keller City Council approved The Shops at Keller Marketplace during its April 15 meeting. According to a city news release, it features six tenants across two buildings.
Four of the tenants are restaurants, including Mo’ Bettahs, McAlister’s Deli and First Watch. A fourth restaurant is yet to be named.
According to a representative with Champion Management, the company’s public relations firm, brothers Kalani and Kimo Mack founded the first Mo’ Bettahs in 2008 in Bountiful, Utah.
Since then, it has expanded across seven states with more than 50 locations.
