A family owned and operated restaurant, the menu includes seven different types of pancakes and French toast, such as the Flaming Apple Whiskey varieties, which guests must be 21 or older to order.

The eatery offers a chef-driven menu, a build-your-own bloody mary bar and a DJ on weekends. A new spring cocktail menu is still in the works, and the Spring Frittata is a new offering on the food menu. Hash Kitchen's sister restaurant, The Sicilian Butcher, is located next door and will feature chocolate eggs—a popular Easter gift in Italy—April 18-20.
