According to the company website, their business model is operating an authentic traditional style Japanese restaurant where traditional design gives diners the experience of feeling like they have just flown to Japan.

The menu features ramen, bento boxes and traditional Asian plates like kung pao shrimp and orange chicken. Poke, hibachi and signature sushi rolls including Rainbow Roll, Sakura Roll and Tarrant Roll are also available.

According to the company website, Takara means “treasure” in Japanese, and it is the staff’s goal for every customer to leave Takara feeling like they have just found a treasure in Fort Worth.

The restaurant is scheduled to open at the end of May.
