Las Palapas started in San Antonio with a 60-seat restaurant and a walk-up to-go window in 1981. The restaurant chain has 23 locations in Texas. The one located at 455 Keller Parkway in Keller is the only one in North Texas.
The restaurant has a full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items, including enchiladas, fajitas, puffy taco plates and breakfast tacos. Veterans with ID get a 25% discount, according to the company website. Specials are offered throughout the month, including giveaways, rollback specials and Taco Tuesdays. Catering is also available.
