P.F. Chang’s has adjusted its grand opening to Jan. 25 at 4 p.m. at 2949 Amador Drive, Fort Worth, according to Operating Partner Faron Marion. The location was originally slated to open Dec. 9.

“This location will be very similar to the other P.F. Chang’s in the DFW area, complete with the latest upgrades and interior design,” Marion said.

P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming to honor the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking, according to its website.

Since its inception, P.F. Chang’s chefs have been hand-rolling dim sum, hand chopping and slicing all vegetables and meats, cooking every sauce from scratch and wok-cooking each dish every day in every restaurant, according to its website.

There are more than 300 P.F. Chang’s restaurants worldwide. 817-484-5025. www.pfchangs.com
