Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods will open at 101 Keller-Smithfield Road in Keller in late December, according to a Spec’s spokesperson. The estimated opening update comes after a previous update from the city of Keller, shared to its Facebook page Oct. 29, that the liquor store was hoping to open by Thanksgiving.
