The 350-unit complex from JLB Realty LLC—based out of Dallas—will be located at 1000 Cannon Parkway. Site plans show the multifamily project will feature 635 parking spots as detached garages, tuck-under garages, surface parking and tandem parking.
The Roanoke Planning & Zoning Commission approved the site plan Nov. 1.
JLB Realty LLC has also built several multifamily projects in Grapevine, Richardson, Dallas and Houston as well as a few out-of-state locations.
The Texas Downtown Association also recognized the city of Roanoke with the 2021 Best New Construction award for a city with a population under 50,000 for the City Hall building completed in January 2019.
