Momentus Real Estate Group opened Aug. 29 in Grapevine after Maureen Cappallo founded the business this past summer.

Prior to launching her own company, Cappallo was a realtor with Home Marketing Service, Inc. in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for 12 years, according to her LinkedIn profile.

The group has homes listed for sale in Denton, Collin, Tarrant, Dallas, Ellis, Johnson, Rockwall, Kaufmann and Grayson counties, according to the company website
