The first homes in Ferguson Place, a housing development in Grapevine and Southlake, have been completed by Maykus Homes and Neighborhoods.

Ferguson Place will feature 34 homes and, as of Sept. 6, 16 lots are left, according to developer Eason Maykus.

The development is a 13.67-acre lot near Lonesome Dove Road and, depending on the location, the house is in either Southlake or Grapevine. One acre of the development is in Southlake city limits.

Zooming in

Maykus said the first houses were finished in August. Homes on the market as of Sept. 6 are either four-bedroom, four-bath or five-bedroom, five-bath options.

The size of the lots for sale range from 7,511 square feet to 12,104 square feet.

Maykus and V. Patrick Gray Custom Homes are two local builders for the development.

What else?

Houses will range from the $1.4 million to $1.7 million, Maykus said. He said the properties are great for smaller families or empty nesters. Final build-out is estimated to be complete in summer 2026, according to Maykus.
