Here are five businesses and restaurants that are coming soon to Southlake and Grapevine.

1. Blo Blow Dry Bar will open its newest location in the Park Village Shopping Center in Southlake on April 8. Located 1161 E. Southlake Blvd., Unit 284, the bar will offer guests five signature blowout styles on its hair menu, a la carte options, a variety of hair treatments, plus five signature makeup looks and a new section of customized looks. 2. Pax & Beneficia plans to open a Grapevine location at 3550 N. Grapevine Mills Blvd., Ste. 100, Grapevine. The coffee shop offers Turkish coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, ricotta sweetened toasts and specialty drinks. Pax & Beneficia's new Grapevine location will open in late March, but an opening date has not been specified, according to management. 3. A Crisp & Green is coming soon to 2438 E. Southlake Blvd. in Southlake, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation’s database. The $300,000 construction to put in the restaurant will start April 8 and finish up Oct. 7, according to the database. Crisp & Green describes itself as a “fast, casual, healthy restaurant,” the website states. The restaurant offers made-from-scratch soups, grain bowls, salads and smoothies with fresh ingredients. 4. Magnolia Realty is set to open a new location in Grapevine at 128 E. Texas St. The brokerage firm was founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines of the HGTV show “Fixer Upper” in Waco and has since expanded across Texas. Co-owners and brokers of record Theresa and Justin Mason had a “roots planting” ceremony, rather than a groundbreaking ceremony, on March 10 to kick off renovations on an existing space, Theresa Mason said. The firm is operating out of Magnolia Realty’s Argyle location, and Theresa Mason said she hopes to have renovations done so they can open in Grapevine before the end of the summer. 817-719-0280. www.magnoliarealty.com.


5. Istanbul Cuisine, a Turkish- and Mediterranean-style restaurant, is set to open in early April at 2140 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. S, Southlake. The restaurant, which also has a location in Flower Mound, serves a variety of traditional Mediterranean meals, such as shish kebabs, falafel and stuffed grape leaves.
