Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant Cava will be opening a new location June 18 at 2175 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake. Founded by three friends, the Maryland-based restaurant takes inspiration from the founders' Greek roots and is known for its build-your-own bowls.
