Wicho's House Restaurant has relocated from North Richland Hills to 2100 W. Northwest Hwy., St. 207, Grapevine, and is now open. The restaurant offers a variety of Tex-Mex and American dishes. It serves all-day breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. 682-271-4131. www.facebook.com/wichoshouse
